Security and Safety Training/Community Dialogue
We organized training and community dialogue sessions focusing on safety, security, and the rights of key populations. These sessions were attended by gender focal persons, human rights officers, security consultants, and mental health personnel. Together, we developed strategies to ensure the security of our clients and team in high-risk settings.

Index Client Testing Training & COVID-19 Vaccination Step-Down Training
To improve case-finding, we trained our counselor testers in advanced elicitation skills. This training has enhanced their ability to identify potential clients at risk for HIV, thereby expanding our reach and impact. In response to the pandemic, we conducted COVID-19 vaccination step-down training for our volunteers. The training provided them with the knowledge and skills to implement vaccination strategies effectively, particularly among key populations.
