Blessing holds a Second Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the Accra Institute of Technology, Ghana. She is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Known for her attention to detail, integrity, and strong professional ethics—especially in financial confidentiality.

She has served as a Finance Officer at CRHGI and supported Heartland Alliance before joining HOHSRI as the current Finance Manager. With over three years of progressive experience, she expertly manages financial operations, prepares both donor-specific and organizational reports, develops budgets, and oversees internal control systems.

Blessing is well-versed in working with international donors and local funders, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and deadlines. She’s also adept in procurement, audit coordination, bank reconciliations, and administration oversight.

Her strategic thinking and leadership enable her to strengthen financial systems and support impactful programs. She brings strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration with teams, leadership, and partners.
