While we have made significant strides in our programs, we continue to face several operational challenges that impede our full potential.

  1. Lack of funds for some initiatives:
     Despite our successful programs, we are often limited by insufficient funding, which restricts the expansion of our services.

  2. High staff and volunteer turnover:
     Retaining staff and volunteers has been a challenge due to financial constraints, which limits our ability to provide competitive salaries and benefits.

  3. Limited facilities for after-dark testing and enrollment:
     Many of our clients require services outside of regular hours, but we currently lack the facilities to provide testing and care at night.

  4. Inaccessibility of the iCare app for iOS users and on Playstore:
     Our digital tools, such as the iCare app, have not been accessible on iOS or Playstore, limiting the availability of these resources to our clients.

  1. Securing additional funds:
     We are actively seeking grants and partnerships to secure the funding necessary to sustain and expand our programs.

     By investing in staff development and creating incentives, we aim to reduce turnover and build a more stable workforce.

     We recommend securing funding to develop after-dark testing and enrollment facilities, particularly in high-demand areas.

  4. Developing and launching an iOS version of our app:
     We are working with developers to ensure the iCare app becomes available on both iOS and Android platforms, increasing accessibility for our users.
