Operational Challenges and Solutions
While we have made significant strides in our programs, we continue to face several operational challenges that impede our full potential. Challenges: Lack of funds for some initiatives:Despite our successful programs, we are often limited by insufficient funding, which restricts the expansion of our services. High staff and volunteer turnover:Retaining staff and volunteers has been a challenge due to financial constraints, which limits our ability to provide competitive salaries and benefits. Limited facilities for after-dark testing and enrollment:Many of our clients require services outside of regular hours, but we currently lack the facilities to provide testing and care at night.
